I have been the giver AND the receiver of criticism my whole life. It is nature, it is what we as humans do. It may not always feel good but you must learn from it or else you will sit and cry and feel bad for yourself until you spin out if control. I know, unfortunately I have received the extreme misfortune to have a husband with an ex wife with a very unacceptable ability to handle criticism and I get all the blame for it. I have dished SOME to her but it wasn't to the extent she describes. I was accused constantly then retorted upon by being called names and told I need mental evaluation. This coming from someone who supposedly is an "expert" in the field of inspiration. Hmmmm. That was criticism on my end. If she does read this, then she shouldn't take it badly, it should be a lesson to not accuse, point fingers, and intentionally hurt someone for your own advantages.
The point is, learn to accept criticism for what it is. It is the opportunity to stop and look into yourself and reevaluate. Not a means to get angry and insult someone. Yes criticism is hurtful and often trying but breathe, it will be better.
