Take a breath and smile

I know it is always crammed in our heads to work hard, study hard, go go go! Do you ever just take a few minutes to sit back, look at something that makes you smile and just enjoy it? Many people don't and that is why we are so stressed out. Take 10 minutes out of your day and just find something that is peaceful and makes you feel good and enjoy it. Let the world melt away.
